Oops. My nap took three hours 🙁 That means I’ve missed most of karate. I’m gonna try my runnin’ boots on instead 🙂
Later: Ugh, is that burning sensation in the lungs natural? Why do I feel sick? I hope some of that was aerobic otherwise all I did was use up my glycogen stores.
Update: I’m feeling better now. I believe that sick and cramping feeling in the tummy was my stomach crying out for water. I’ve been sipping some for a while and now I feel like a run should make you feel.
