- Apparently I wanted to be Dorothy, I used to tell adults that my name was “Doorthy”
- In years 7 and 8 of high school I had a huge crush on my geography teacher Mr Milne — it led to some weird comments in class, especially because his girlfriend and I shared the same first name; he left the school in year 8

- Also in years 9 and 10 I had a crush on a boy from my school I wanted to go to the year 10 formal with him and when I found out he was going with someone else I punched a metal locker repeatedly; my hand hand swelled up like a balloon (not my finest moment)… he and that someone else recently got married!

- At the end of school I had three best friends; Amy, Sam and Lauren — we’re still good friends, but don’t see each other as often
- When I got engaged all three were to be bridesmaids; by the time I was getting married Lauren refused to come to the wedding because of a misunderstanding 🙁

- I think Space They Cannot Touch by Kate Miller-Heidke is a beautiful song
- I play guitar
- I play flute although not as much lately, I wish I played more
- I enjoy singing and have done at church but I mostly play guitar at church these days
- When I was in primary school I was in a combined schools choir that sung at the Opera House
- One of the songs from that concert, Aflow, has stuck with me; I emailed the composer who sent me a full score of the piece that includes that song — I hope to be able to play the flute part and write a guitar part for it to sing and play.
- In high school my favourite movie was Never Been Kissed; it bore a strange resemblance to my high school crush, my teacher and Michael Vartan were similar and both teachers (well Vartan played the role of a teacher)
- I also really loved, and still like a lot, While You Were Sleeping
- I loved Ever After so much that when I got the video for my 16th birthday I watched it everyday for two weeks and many, many, many more times after that

- I like getting my hair cut somewhere that I trust, especially when they give me a good head massage when they shampoo my hair

- I like baking, especially cookies (they’re so yummy to eat)
- I love creme brulee
- I was always the “daring” one at school, they called me Confident Kris

- My hubby is nearly five years older than me
- We met at church
- He was a youth group leader when I was a youth group kid, but there was not even a hint of anything dodgy
- My first job was at a large Pharmacy, it lasted two years before I resigned because they wouldn’t teach me new things
- My second job was at Starbucks — I loved learning to make coffee! I hated making coffee for self-absorbed caffeine addicts that refused to acknowledge that you were making orders for twenty people in ten minutes :grumpy: I also hated that it was so messy; I always smelt like stale coffee and warm milk
- My third job was at Blue Moon: It was a bead shop in which people could sit and make jewellery.
- I’m too easily saddened by things

- Thankfully I passed my learner’s test and my green P test first go (it goes L, P1 (red Ps), P2 (green Ps), then full liscence)
- I took a defensive driving course recently; I highly recommend it
